Return Policy

Cash refunds are not allowed if the purchase was paid by card. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems. Exchange and return are made within 7 days after purchase. Leave a check and packaging. Preserve the presentation: do not wear the item and do not cut off the tags.

If you want to return the goods:

• Fill out an application indicating all the shortcomings of the purchase (be sure to specify the details for the money transfer). When exchanging, indicate the full name of the goods for which you want to exchange.
• Put a live signature, scan or photograph (all information in the application should be readable), send to sales@forze.gg
• Send the goods by mail with the attached original application. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will send the right product or carry out a refund.

The money will be returned to you within 30 days after processing the return.

We will deduct the cost of delivery and the commission for the transfer if any.

When returning or exchanging goods, the customer names the exact order number, fills out an application indicating all the shortcomings of the purchase. When exchanging, it also indicates the full name of the goods for which exchange is necessary.

The images on the site may slightly differ from the actual type of product. This may be due to the difference in resolution and brightness of monitors (therefore is not a disadvantage of the product). We count on your understanding.
